By purchasing a subscription as an agent, you agree to:

– Pay the applicable monthly or annual fee based on your selected plan.

– Receive the guaranteed number of seller leads per month based on your plan.

– Contact leads in a timely, professional manner.

– Compete fairly, understanding that leads may be shared with up to 5 agents.

– Comply with all local real estate regulations and licensing requirements.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your billing

cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Lead Guarantee:

If we do not deliver the guaranteed number of leads in a billing period, you will receive the next month free of

charge.

Payments:

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize

us to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until canceled.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for completed billing cycles. However, if guaranteed leads are not delivered, we will

provide compensation as outlined in our Lead Guarantee.
